Franny is Sky Bright's birth mother, who died when Sky was six. Franny gave up finding her soulfinder and met Sky's father Ian, who had lost his own soulfinder. Franny found her soulfinder, Miguel and was planning to move to live with him, but Sky's father, Ian stopped her, their argument turned into an appartment fire.
